Important Information About Deliveries
Due to the impact that COVID-19 is having on many industries, including postal and delivery services, we are advising all customers to allow up to an additional 10 business days leading to orders taking up to 5 weeks to be printed and delivered. We apologise for this inconvenience and hope that you will support the postal and delivery services at a time when they are under significant pressure from increased demand.
As Hygiene facemasks are not printed products you may receive this item sooner than indicated in our delivery update above.
Please note that once orders have been placed they cannot be cancelled for any reason.
Face masks are excluded from our returns policy due to the nature of the item and current COVID-19 Pandemic.
All our store items are printed and fulfilled on demand once an order is placed. Orders are printed and fulfilled by our supplier's facilities in Europe and the United States.
Clothing takes 2 to 7 days to print
Non Clothing products take 2 to 5 days to print
Due to products being printed and fulfilled in Europe and the United States delivery will take an additional 5 to 20 days for you to receive your item(s).
Due to the custom made to order nature of our products we do not offer refunds in any case. We do not offer returns for buyer’s remorse.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit please allow 7 days before reporting, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the part of our print supplier are covered at their expense. Clear photographic evidence must be provided in order for a claim to be processed along with additional order details using our online form.
Your return claim will be reviewed by us as to whether there is sufficient evidence that items have been misprinted/damaged or are defective. Whether there is or isn’t sufficient evidence of misprint, damage or defect we will contact you within 24 hours to notify you.
Decisions on whether a product is deemed misprinted, damaged or defective are final and not subject to appeal.
If you make a claim that an item has not been received, we will investigate within 24 hours and advise you about the tracking status of your order. Should we find that the order has been logged as received we can offer no further support and suggest checking with your local postal service or with neighbours.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Personal Hygiene Products
We may from time to time offer personal hygiene products such as facemasks. These are excluded in their entirety from our returns policy.
Returned without completing returns form
All our items ship with an address for returns. Should you decide to return a product without completing our online form and send the product directly to the address provided your return will not be processed by us and the items will be donated to charity by our supplier. No refunds or recourse are offered in this situation.
Notification for EU consumers:
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
Therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
