Hi, I'm Paul

For at least 2 decades I've suffered with depression and back pain, and more recently the pain of osteoarthritis.

I saw counsellors and physiotherapists and eventually after having little luck I decided I needed to do something to help myself. I discovered Mindfulness which helped me heal my mind, and Qigong and Tai Chi which helped heal my body. I've now been a qualified Mindfulness teacher for 11 years and a qualified Qigong and Tai Chi teacher for 6 years. In 2022 I qualified as a Mountain Navigator because during the pandemic I realised that Nature is the purest source of healing, and spending time in nature helped me navigate the grief from loosing my dad to cancer in 2020. These practices have been crucial parts of my journey to healing body and mind and I invite you to share this journey with me.
